All photographs are for representation purpose and are shot to try and look as close as possible to the original product ordered but may have marginal colour variations from the actual product.
We use an "all over print" design for most our products and the positioning of artwork may be different from that as displayed in the picture.
Slight difference in colour from the visible product image is possible.There are times when a camera or a computer monitor can't match perspective of an eye. Slight difference is unavoidable.
Washing Care:
Our Fabrics can be washed by hand or in a washing machine on a gentle cycle. Here are some tips for washing and caring for Jaipuri cotton:
Wash in cool water: Use cool or warm water to prevent shrinking. Hot water can cause the fabric to shrink and the dye to leak.
Use mild detergent: Use a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, which can dull the fabric's finish.
Turn inside out: Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the outside from agitation.
Soak briefly: Soak the garment in a bucket of cold water with a small amount of mild detergent for about five minutes.
Rinse thoroughly: Rinse the garment in cold water a few times to remove all the detergent.
Dry in shade: Hang the garment to dry in the shade or in the evening to prevent color fading.
Iron lightly: Iron the garment lightly with or without steam. Avoid ironing directly on block prints or embroidery.
Store in a cool, dry place: Keep the garment in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Wash separately: Wash strong colored items separately

If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

All products sold at sarojtextile.com are covered under our 7 Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee if it is found damaged or defect.
In order to get a defective/damaged replaced :

The defective/damaged product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available. Return charges are payable by Saroj textile for domestic (India) shipments and by customer for International shipments.

If the item you received is broken or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via email communication. We will do our best to process refund request within 7 working days.

Who will bear the shipping charges for returns?
If return location of the shipment is India, Saroj Textile will pay the return shipping. We will arrange a return pickup from your location by our logistic partner. If, in any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by India Post Speed Post and we will reimburse return shipping charges.
If return location of the shipment is outside India, Saroj Textile will not be paying the return shipping charges. .
How will I get my money back?
Upon authorization of your return/refund request, we would be happy to offer you refund or replacement. You can get your money back into your originating bank account or you can provide details for any mode of online transaction or we can issue a gift card which can be used for any future purchase on saroj textile. You can use them as per your convenience, there is no expiry to a gift card.
